If January 31st falls on a weekend or holiday, the delinquency date is postponed until the next business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0184e4e1822295f8d0b9274c84733de0\">*Interest continues to accrue at the rate of 1% per month until taxes are paid in full. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f12808389f26aab371a7cb28fc44abb7\">** A Tax Attorney Fee of 20% will be added to all delinquent accounts on July 1st.
