Frank Serpas officially declared End of Watch on November 21, 2024, after 25 years of service to the Sunrise Beach Volunteer Fire Department, surrounded by his friends and fellow members of the Fire Department. Frank and his wife Faye have lived in Sunrise Beach for over 28 years. Frank exemplifies the sprit of community service and volunteerism that Sunrise Beach is known for. Congratulations Frank!
