By law, delinquent taxes incur 7% Penalty and interest on February 1st. If January 31st falls on a weekend or holiday, the delinquency date is postponed until the next business day.

*Interest continues to accrue at the rate of 1% per month until taxes are paid in full.

** A Tax Attorney Fee of 20% will be added to all delinquent accounts on July 1st. This is in addition to the penalty and interest stated above.
