Presently our city ordinance does not allow Short Term Rentals under 30 days, although there are several (approximately 20) currently operating in the city.
Recently, Federal & State Case law has brought the subject back up.

A vote YES -for allowing short term rentals would allow the city to possibly collect revenue, placing restrictions and allowing for further regulations.
A vote NO -would possibly leave the Ordinance as it is. Currently, we are not collecting revenue, we cannot place restrictions or further regulations.
