Sunrise Beach Village Ordinance 347 has undergone a comprehensive review by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The review has resulted in proposed changes to update the Ordinance in order to maintain and enhance the complexion of our community while promoting property development consistent with current standards and the needs of our community.
1st NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PLANNING AND ZONING
HEARING DATE: APRIL 11, 2023, TIME: 10:00 AM
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Sunrise Beach Village, Texas will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 AM on 11TH of April 2023 at the Civic Center, 124 Sunrise Drive, Sunrise Beach Village, Texas, to consider approval and recommendation of revisions to Ordinance 347, Planning and Zoning. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the said hearing.
2nd NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – CITY COUNCIL
HEARING DATE: APRIL 20, 2023, TIME: 2:30 PM
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sunrise Beach Village, Texas will hold a Public Hearing at 2:30 PM on 20th of April, 2023 at the Civic Center, 124 Sunrise Drive, Sunrise Beach Village, Texas, to consider approval and recommendation of revisions to Ordinance 347, Planning and Zoning. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in said hearing.
Any person may submit testimony in-person at said hearings or submit written comments filed with the City Secretary between 9 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday prior to the hearing, or emailed to srbv@cityofsunrisebeach.org.
