Water/Trash–Billing Changes

The City of Sunrise Beach has changed billing companies. Please be aware of the following changes:

If you have already completed these steps after February 25th, please disregard this notice.

You can now…Pay your Utility Bill 1 of 6 ways!

pay by phone,

Sign up for Autopay with a Debit or Credit Card.

Sign up for Autopay withdrawl directly from your banking/checking account.

Sign up for banking bill pay through your bank. (Your mails a check)

Pay online as a guest user.

or bring your payment into City Hall for processing.


Pay By Phone

  • New pay by phone number: (855)-230-7396

  • The first two numbers of your account number have changed from 60 to 72. The additional 12 numbers will remain the same.
  • You will need the Numerics only of your service address.

Autopay (Debit/Credit Card Draft)

New web portal: https://www.eonlinebill.com/bapp/sunrise/indexl

  • If your account was set up to pay automatically by using a debit/credit card, you will need to set up a new account at http://www.eonlinebill.com/bapp/sunrise/indexl and update your information.
  • The first two numbers of your account number have changed from 60 to 72. The remaining 12 numbers will remain the same.
  • You MUST enter your service address and billing name EXACTLY as it is PRINTED ON YOUR BILL. (example: 124 Sunrise Drive vs 124 Sunrise DR.)
  • New customer service number: 325-388-6438.


If your account was set up to pay automatically through your bank, you will need to update your account at http://www.eonlinebill.com/bapp/sunrise/indexl.

Autopay from Banking accounts was automatically changed over, therefore you will only need to update your account number and delivery to the new bill pay address.

  • The first two numbers of your account number have changed from 60 to 72. The remaining 12 numbers will remain the same.
  • You MUST enter your service address and billing name EXACTLY as it is PRINTED ON YOUR BILL. (example: 124 Sunrise Drive vs 124 Sunrise DR.)
  • New payment mailing address: PO Box 682288, Houston Texas 77268
  • Checks should be made payable to City of Sunrise Beach Village.
  • New customer service number: 325-388-6438.

Banking (Banking Auto Bill Pay)

  • Log on to http://www.eonlinebill.com/bapp/sunrise/indexl
  • The first two numbers of your account number have changed from 60 to 72. The remaining 12 numbers will remain the same.
  • You MUST enter your service address and billing name EXACTLY as it is PRINTED ON YOUR BILL. (example: 124 Sunrise Drive vs 124 Sunrise DR.)
  • New payment mailing address: PO Box 682288, Houston Texas 77268

Guest Payment online (one-time log in)

WATER TANK RFQs

The City of Sunrise Beach Village, Texas, invites Civil Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers to submit qualifications to provide professional design engineering and construction support services for the installation of a new secondary water tank and miscellaneous waterline replacements for our city-owned water system.
